If you have achieved a pinnacle of success, if you

* Are famous or notorious

*Have won the lottery, Oscar, Grammy, Nobel Prize, Boston Marathon, etc.

* Had a book or song written about you, a movie made of your life, or had a video go viral

*Made an important discovery or invented something that was life-changing to you or others

then I'd like to have your data for the study. There is no compensation. It might be used as an example on this blog, but specific identities will not be revealed without written permission, and will never be sold for any reason. Every reasonable care will be taken to protect your privacy, per the Astrologer's Code of Ethics.

If you qualify and would like to participate, here's what to submit:
THE DATA REQUESTED

  • Your birth date in the format mm/dd/yyyy.
  • Your exact time of birth from a written record such as a birth certificate, family Bible, hospital bracelet, or baby book. No offense to anyone's mother, but experience has shown that their memories of birth time are frequently unreliable, especially if she had more than one child. Please don't round off the time, and be sure to state whether it is A.M. or P.M.
  • The place of birth in the format city/state (country, if other than the U.S.)
  • A brief description of your field of endeavor, type of achievement, event, reason for acclaim or lucky break
  • The date, as nearly as possible, of your Big Day.
  • Your city of residence at the time.
  • Whether or not you wish to remain anonymous.
