Subject G Lottery Lunations and Eclipses

When Subject G won $50,000 in the lottery on September 18, 1975, the New Moon that set the stage occurred on September 5 in his 8^th house of lotteries at 12 Virgo 36. The Sun in that equation was the primary ruler of the 8^th house of lotteries. It conjuncted natal Mercury, co-ruler of the 8^th house of lotteries, where Virgo was intercepted. Mercury also ruled the 5^th house of risks and gambles.

Saturn ruled the Capricorn Ascendant. The 2^nd house of money had co-rulers—Saturn and Uranus for Aquarius on the cusp, and Neptune for intercepted Pisces—all of which are outer planets with long-term transits. They will not have moved more than a few minutes between the time of the New Moon and the time of the win, so we’ll move on.

Jupiter ruled the 11^th house of plot twists and lucky breaks. While opposing the Prenatal Lunar Eclipse at 22 Libra 35, it conjuncted the natal North Node and trined the natal Vertex date with destiny at the cusp of the 8^th house. Venus, which along with Jupiter, was retrograde, conjuncted the 8^th cusp and the Vertex to sweeten the pot.

The New Moon Ascendant and Part of Fortune in the 11^th house of lucky breaks trined natal Uranus, co-ruler of the 2^nd house of money, and also trined the natal Sun, co-ruler of the 8^th house of lotteries. They opposed natal Mars in the 5^th house of risks and gambles, which co-ruled the Midheaven.

The New Moon Midheaven squared natal Saturn, the chart ruler, conjuncted by the East Point, which represents personal matters that take place in public, or attract public attention. The Midheaven also squared Jupiter, ruler of the 11^th house, and sextiled the Part of Fortune.

Besides conjuncting natal Saturn, the New Moon East Point trined the Prenatal Solar Eclipse at 07 Taurus 45.

The New Moon Vertex date with destiny, in conjunction with the New Moon Saturn, chart ruler, conjuncted natal Transpluto of payoffs. This aspect, in addition to the New Moon taking place in the 8^th house of lotteries, the Sun ruling the 8^th house, and the New Moon Transpluto conjuncting the natal Sun, were the key predictors of the win.
