Subject F Lottery Lunations and Eclipses

When Subject F won the lottery in November 1991, the New Moon that was in effect occurred on November 6, which was ten days before. At 13 Scorpio, the New Moon was conjuncted by transiting Mars, ruler of the natal 11th house of plot twists and lucky breaks, and all three (Sun, Moon, Mars) conjuncted the natal Vertex date with destiny in the natal 5th house of risks and gambles. The Moon ruled the 2nd house of money and was separating from an opposition to natal Mercury, the chart ruler, in the 11th house of lucky breaks, while New Moon Mercury closed in on a conjunction with the natal Moon. New Moon Mercury also trined natal Venus, ruler of the 5th house of risks and gambles.

Remember, we aren’t examining the outer planets or long term transits because they will be relatively the same as in the winning transit chart.

The New Moon Ascendant and Part of Fortune opposed natal Mercury, chart ruler, in the 11th house, and sextiled natal Chiron of triumphant ascendancy and rewards.

The New Moon Midheaven conjuncted the Prenatal Lunar Eclipse at 19 Leo 21, and natal Jupiter. New Moon Jupiter conjuncted natal Chiron, of triumphant ascendancy and crowning achievements.

The New Moon Vertex date with destiny conjuncted the natal Ascendant and natal Saturn, ruler of the 8th house of lotteries.

The New Moon East Point, which attracts public notice, squared the natal Midheaven of public recognition.

The key pieces of information in this chart are the New Moon conjunct the natal Vertex, and the Vertex conjunct the Ascendant.

The New Moon Mercury in this chart is the same that turned retrograde later in the month and transited back and forth over the stellium at the Midheaven of Subject E. Although Subject E and Subject F were born approximately eight years apart, they had Prenatal Lunar Eclipses only 2 degrees apart (E at 21 Leo 14, and F at 19 Leo 21) and won just five weeks apart. Subject E’s Prenatal Eclipse had a better position in the natal chart, and she won the bigger jackpot.
