Subject D Winning Transits
If you haven’t yet noticed, the transits, which are the transits
for everyone, not just the winners, also look like winning charts.
Much can be learned by studying them as individual charts, and then
applying them to the winner’s natal charts. You’ll see in the
chart for December 22, 1984 at 9:00 P.M. EST:
- That the Moon’s Nodes, which lie across the Midheaven / Nadir axis in the transit chart, came to the Ascendant / Descendant axis in the natal chart for Subject D. They returned to their natal places. The transiting North Node conjuncted her Prenatal Solar Eclipse at 28 Taurus 42.
- Note how in the transit chart, the 5th house of risks and gambles, containing the Sun, Moon, Jupiter, Vertex, and Neptune, ruler of the 8th house of lotteries, arrived at the 1st and 2nd houses of the winner’s natal chart.
- Transiting Jupiter, (which was the natal chart ruler), and the transiting Vertex, showed up in the natal 2nd house where they trined the natal Midheaven and natal Mercury, ruler of the Midheaven. Jupiter also opposed the Vertex date with destiny in the 8th house of lotteries.
- The transiting Moon, which ruled the natal 8th house of lotteries, activated the natal 2nd house by arriving at its cusp.
- Pluto, the final dispositor of the transit chart, conjuncted natal Chiron of triumphant ascendancy and once-in-a-lifetime events, in the natal 11th house of plot twists and lucky breaks.
Along with the Moon’s Nodes, transiting Chiron conjuncted the natal Descendant. It sextiled natal Transpluto and the natal Part of Fortune in the 8th house of lotteries.
Transiting Saturn ruled the 2nd
house of money. It conjuncted the chart ruler, Jupiter, and the natal
South Node. It sextiled and trined the Midheaven / Nadir axis.
Transiting Mars, ruler of the natal 5th
house of risks and gambles, squared the natal Moon’s Nodes and the
Prenatal Solar Eclipse at 28 Taurus 42. The transiting Nodes had
returned to their natal places , which marked a milestone or turning
point in life.
The transiting Moon, ruler of the 8th
house of lotteries, as previously noted, conjuncted the cusp of the
natal 2nd house
of money.
Transiting Venus, ruler of the 11th
house of plot twists, opposed Saturn, ruler of the 2nd
house of money. As noted in the delineation of the natal
chart of Subject D, Saturn was just outside the 8th
house by less than one degree.
The transiting East Point, Transpluto and Part of Fortune squared
Jupiter, the chart ruler, and trined the natal East Point, which
captured public imagination.
